A Wordless-ish Wednesday - Let us be your soft place to fall

Hi.  So I really just wanted to introduce a Facebook page that Carrie and myself (along with another Jennifer) are admin'ing on because it's close to our heart.  It's called White Friday and it's a site that helps provide support and resources to those suffering with depression and/or anxiety disorders.  If you are someone who needs help, please come see us (unless you need IMMEDIATE help in which case I would suggest calling 911 or The National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255).  We're not doctors (and most of us don't even pretend to on the internet) but we ARE all women who have been there.  Let us be your soft place to fall, okay?
